Primary contacts

The primary contact in an account is the main point of contact. That's who we send account-related emails to. If you have multiple people in your account, you can change who the primary contact is.

Change the primary contact

Permission required to use this feature: full client access

There can only be one primary contact. To change who it is:

  1. Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.
  2. Below "People in [company]", hover your cursor over the email icon, click change, then select a different name.update primary contact.gif
