Primary contacts

The primary contact in an account is the main point of contact. That's who we send account-related emails to. If you have multiple people in your account, you can change who the primary contact is.

Change the primary contact

There can only be one primary contact. To change who it is:

1. Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.
2. Below "People in [company]", hover your cursor over the email icon, click change, then select a different name.
