Prebuilt journeys

Permission required to use this feature: automation

With journeys, you can onboard new subscribers, keep subscribers engaged, and keep people coming back to your brand at key moments. Using our journey designer (located in Automation), you can create a series of emails that will be sent when triggered by specific events, dates, or subscriber activity — making it easier to deliver timely and relevant messages to your audience.

Our prebuilt journeys makes it easy to get started with automation, reducing time to market, as you can automatically trigger powerful automations in a few simple clicks — all you need to do is review, customise the content to suit your subscribers and then turn them on.

We've created a range of prebuilt journeys to ensure all of your marketing needs are covered:

  • Welcome Journey
  • Abandoned Cart reminder
  • Order Receipt Confirmation
  • Anniversary Offer
  • Thank you email
  • Win-Back Offer

All prebuilt journeys are customizable making it more efficient for you to build out your automation strategy.

Creating a prebuilt journey

To create a prebuilt journey:

  1. Click Automation.
  2. Click Use prebuilt journey.
  3. Select the prebuilt journey you wish to use.
  4. Review the overview and proceed by clicking on Use this prebuilt journey. (To go back, click on the Back to prebuilt journeys link in the top left corner.)
  5. Create your new journey by giving it a name and choosing the relevant list.
  6. Click Continue and then wait for the journey to be built, this will just take a few seconds.
  7. When the journey is built, you can customise all aspects of your new journey to better fit your requirements.
  8. Once you have completed the setup, click the Turn on journey button in the top right corner and your journey will be active.
