Display sent campaigns on your website

A good way to attract new subscribers is to show them the kind of emails you send. You can do this by setting up a newsletter archive on your website, which is updated automatically every time you send a campaign.

Newsletter archives display a list of your sent campaigns, using the campaign name given to your email and the date it was sent (optional). You can also hide specific campaigns from the archive.

When a visitor clicks on a campaign name it opens a generic web version, meaning any personalization tags used in your content will display the fallback term used, or a blank space if there isn't one.

Campaign names

As mentioned earlier, newsletter archives use the campaign name given to your sent emails, not the subject line.

If you're using a newsletter archive, please choose campaign names wisely as they cannot be changed from within your account after a campaign has been sent.

Hide campaigns

If there are some email campaigns you do not want displayed in the archive, you can exclude them. For example, you might need to resend a sent campaign but do not want it to appear twice in the archive.
